Yellow Coconuts

Coconuts can be drunk and eaten at many stages, from green to brown. The coconut milk generally tastes better when green, but the meat inside gets thicker towards the brown stage. These coconuts are halfway, meaning the meat is probably still relatively soft and thin, but starting to get a bit crunchy.
